Shamsa Townhouses is an upscale residential development by Expo Dubai Group in Expo Valley, Expo City Dubai. It features a collection of 3-4 bedroom townhouses with a living area of 2,655 sq. ft to 3,284 sq. ft. The residences will have an open kitchen with an island feature, several balconies, a maid’s room and 2 parking spaces.
