South Bay is a modern residential complex located in Dubai South, a rapidly developing part of the emirate. The project was developed by Dubai South Properties. Residential units include 3-7 bedroom townhouses and villas of 3,560 sq. ft to 13,300 sq. ft. The third phase of the development offers 3-4 bedroom townhouses and 4-5 bedroom semi-detached villas. Residences will boast fully-equipped kitchens and a rooftop terrace. The project also boasts a limited collection of ultra-luxury waterfront villas and 6-7 bedroom mansions. The key features of the layouts include a swimming pool, a green lawn, a cinema, a gym/game room, a show kitchen, a private garden, and more. In December 2023, the developer released the fifth and the sixth phases of South Bay. There are 4-bedroom townhouses, semi-detached 5-bedroom villas and 5-7 bedroom mansions.
